Continuous pasting line

The continuous pasting line is suitable to be used for pasting the punching grid ,exanding grid and continous casting grid, composed of unwinder, pasting machine machine, rolling cutting device, flash drying oven, plate collecting device and control system.

The main process is as follows:：

The normal speed of the production line shall not be less than 30m / min, up to 35m / min, and the production line speed is adjustable (automotive battery)

Installation compressed air pressure 0.5~0.7Mpa; three-phase AC380V± 20V, 50Hz.
